Hi all,

Looking forward to posting my Galaxy Mk1 camper conversion as it takes shape.

I have only just bought the wee R reg beast and am trying to sort the electrics out.

Most of the rear stuff didn't work, so some tidying up and repairing in the RHS feed at the rear door hinge brought back my high level door brake light, body brake lights, body rear lights and door reversing lights.

However, I am having a nightmare sorting the rear fogs.

Bulbs - correct ones.
Wonky wiring - none left in evidence at the hinge.
Fuse (31, I think it was) - intact - tried swopping it but same story - zero rear fogs.

Has anyone got any ideas how I could tie this down further?

Many thanks,

Bob B

I can't recall how the rear fogs are switched on the Mk1- does it have a separate switch on the dash or is it like the Mk2 where you pull the rotary headlamp switch outwards? Either way, if you're happy the wiring to the tailgate is all sound then it might be worth checking the switch, and if there is power to the switch.
