anyone know correct position
for galaxy beam benders?
or are they adjustable h/lights
like VW b3 models

Only the xenon lights have the change over position, the regular halogen versions need beam adjusters. There is a pattern and template that a Ford dealer can give you or the general halfords type ones normally come with instructions.

I used the halford ones on a Passat
with similar shape headlights
last time in France
real hit or miss
no good directions on that model
even VW were not too helpful

Check on the "other" site - there is a downloadable template on there somewhere. I think it is also on the TIS disc

Please tell me there's an equivalent template available for the very different lights on my 57-reg S-Max... Main Westcountry Ford dealer Vospers were hard to speak to, said they'd call me back and failed to do so, and it amazes me that there is so much contradictory or plain wrong info about this!
In the past I've paid several quid for beam adaptors/masks and been disappointed - plus they're never re-useable. Your Galaxy template looks great, just what I need - taking my S-Max to France next Tuesday.

Excellent! That's really good - and totally different from the Galaxy lights... I presume the "X" distance is again 25mm - ? These deflectors/masks are for my original-type halogens rather than the later Xenons...?
