Air bag light help

Hi all have just noticed today the air bag light is staying on when I turn the ignition on goes out with all the other lights but when I start the car it comes on and stays on any help would be great many thanks tony

have you done the onboard diagnostic check to see what codes are showing?
if nothing showing then either buy a code reader or a visit to the dealers MAY be required.
it could be anything from a clock spring problem to something like a sensor??
