So it was -1 outside and i wanted to start up my Galaxy but it sounded really really weird like, literally, disel engine, and the car was shaking kinda hard!
The sound came from right (passenger) side

I made video so you could get better idea of my problem but it doesn't sound that loud on video as in real life.

In the end of the video is few seconds of normal sound, when engine warmed up a bit!

Please turn up your volume to hear car sound better (IN REAL LIFE IT WAS WAY LOUDER THAN IN THE VIDEO)

What could be wrong?
Ford Galaxy mk1, manual, 107kw, 2.3 petrol

That's indeed not the smooth sound that I'm used to know.
I would start with checking the whole exhaust system for leaks, starting from the manifold.

But because of the shaking...maybe a spark plug or injector could have failed?
I own a MK1 1999 2.3 DOHC Ghia & 2003 1.9TDI Trend.

Replaced all spark plugs today, waiting for cold weather now. If problem presists i may create new video from engine bay.

There's hardly any volume on your video to hear it properly (I couldn't hear it anyway). Is the idle irregular (i.e, do the revs fluctuate up and down)? If it's misfiring badly, which it sounds like it could be then the coil pack(s) could be suspect, depending on the setup yours has.
