I Have one wheel on the 2006 Galaxy that does not have a sensor on it, in the past an owner had changed the tyre and replaced it with a normal valve.
I Have an error now that states there is a malfunction, I guess its because of the missing sensor.

What I wanted to know is what is involved in buying a new sensor ? will the system recognise the new sensor or will this be a reprogramming job?

Thanks for anyone whoknows?

Replacement will be relatively easy - the learning procedure is most likely in the handbook and probably do-able by the user.

Ensure you match the sensor part number correctly as there are a few alternatives out there :)

Rung Ford service to ask them what a new sensor would cost and they told me it would be Ã,£130 !!! just for one ?
