Electric window wiring

Hi all, Newbie question for you, after looking at your excellent reference guide for the electric window fault I found some wires were broken on mine. In the guide it says to splice in new cable, is it a specific cable and where can you get it from?

Ideally you will want to replace the broken wires with a similar size and colour.
Most good car accessory shops sell various sizes of cable, exact colour match may be difficult but not essential.
If the exact size is not available always go for the slightly larger core.
