changing inside door pull

i have the worn away driver and passenger door inside handle pull,  is it possible to swop this as i understand the new ones are not expensive.  can it be done without removing the door card  ?

Yes, the door card does not require removal. Firstly you need to ease out the insert piece (number 10 on this parts diagram). The main window switch cover piece should then remove with some careful work with a flat non-marking trim release tool, it clips into the plastic frame (number 14) with plastic lugs.

dont suppose it will matter if i break the old one getting it off, just ordered new one from for Ã,£11 for one side and Ã,£14 for the other.
