towbar transfer

Should I be able to transfer an 03 galaxy
towbar onto a 07 sharan?

do the electrics  need extra relays on the new car?

Anyone help with this please

Yes, the towbar should be the same so will fit

Wiring wise it would probably be best to renew the wiring, the sharan is a little different at the back and the standard wiring kit is cheap enough. Bypass relays should always be used!

Don't forget you'll need to fit the crash-bar you remove from the sharan back to the Galaxy in place of the towbar to keep it secure in a rear impact (also a legal requirement)
