now this has absolutely nothing to do with cars at all.
but i thought id share this with you anyways and it makes you wonder WHY all companys cannot go down this route,

some of you may be aware im a bit of a golf geek,

well about 2 years back i bought another battery golf trolley 2nd hand.and used it up until the end of last summer when i stripped the gearing on it,attempted to fix it but to no avail.
well i have recently been speaking/emailing a guy on a golf forum i frequent who happens to work for this company and he has astounded me by sending me all the parts needed to get the trolley up and running again
FREE OF CHARGE and free postage aswell.totally stunned considering i didnt even buy it direct from themselves.

so i thought id give Sandy C a BIG UP and to 'GO KART' for being such an amazing company. clapping and jumping clapping and jumping

Fair play! To be honest these days I'm actually surprised when I receive good service, which is on the one hand surprising as we live in times of 'how did we do today' type surveys and questionnaires at every turn, but on the other hand, IMO it's mostly BS- just corporations trying to be seen to be doing the right thing, there's no substance underneath.

Absolutely Greg, it's nice to know there are still people out there who are prepared to go above and beyond the call of duty without asking for anything in return, it restores your faith in humanity!

My point was that this tends to be the exception, not the rule, which is at odds with the rise of 'your comments matter to us' type BS that bigger corporations seem to have adopted, which more often than not is a facade.
