ford galaxy mk1 fog light retrofit problems

So, I fitted the donor foglights into the bumper, plugged in the looms, checked the 15A fuse 31 was ok, and fitted the donor switch to the dash... but no fog light operation There aint a relay i'm missing is there?? in advance for any advice

"plugged in the looms" - can you elaborate? i would expect you'll need to retrofit the switch wire from the switch to the CEM
