Hey guys. After a hell of a day I've went out and bought another car to replace the Galaxy so I was wondering how to drain the fuel out the tank to put in the new car as there is quite a lot of diesel in there. Any ideas guys?   8-)

You can use a flexible hose to suck the diesel out en collect it in a fuel can that's lower than the Galaxy's tank of course. Worked with me but it wasn't a Galaxy.
However, it's sad to hear that you're replacing it.  :( I'd keep it on the road forever, whatever it takes.  ;)
I own a MK1 1999 2.3 DOHC Ghia & 2003 1.9TDI Trend.
