Mk2 ford galaxy on 02 plate 2.3 petrol auto gearbox
Can somebody advise me what is the most common
Faults to look for on one of these obviously am already
Clued up on wiring problems but with it being the petrol
And auto I want to know about common problems in
That department

Some of the mk2 common faults are listed here, if you're after specific issues with the autobox and 2.3 petrol I can't expand much there, the coil pack(s)- depending on the setup used- will fail with age/ mileage, the autoboxes do have problems (as can be seen by the threads on this site!), but I don't know if auto gearbox faults are common relative to the number of auto Galaxies (and Sharans/ Alhambras!) made and still on the road!

Oh, and don't forget the ol' relay 30 problem, though it may be numbered differently on the mk2!
