radio code needed plz

well bit the bullet and got a new battery today,TOLD the fitters i didnt have the radio code in any of my paper work,no probs sir we will do our best to keep it.
silly buggers must have been deaf,as i now do not have a radio.
tried ringing fords the supplying dealer and they were as much help as a chocolate fire guard,went into my local 1,i should have spoken in german for the use they were.
so have taken the serial no for my radio SONY MP3 CD3XX model,i seem to have 2 stickers,
1 saying     VO21335 this was on the side of the unit.
and 1 on top  GLJ153503
can anyone help plz peeps,already doing my head in without some sort of sounds.

I do normally but you have a "V" series radio there and, AFAIK, that's still main dealer only as they have to hook the car up to OASIS.

thanks mark,yeah from my research the 'v' codes are a closed shop.even a m8 who happens to be a bit of a 'jack sparrow'  could not help.
ive found a few peeps on ebay who offer the service so will give them a try.

oh was given a pointer to etis,apparently if you are a member you can get it through that???

well i have a stereo again 

i phoned the supplying dealer this morning and spoke to a different person,WHO was a hell of a lot more help then the person i spoke to on Saturday.
but this time i changed tacked,
i said that i had bought the car new and as i didnt have the code in any of my paperwork would they kindly give it to me,the chap said hang on ill check as it should be on the system and yep it was.and all i gave him was the reg number of the car
so i now have sounds again and all F.O.C.
