Decent Budget Tyres?

Hi chaps

I need to get a couple of new tyres for my Gal (53 plate mk2).

99% sure (without looking) they are 215/55/16 97W XL (reinforced IIRC).

Just wondering what everyone else is running.

I currently have Linglongs and despite a few bad reviews here and there have found them ok on the Gal. However looking at getting some Westlake SV308's from Tyre-Shopper which are Ã,£56 a tyre and rated at C for both efficiency and wet braking.

Anyway just wondering if anyone else has fitted these or has any other recommendations for the Galaxy specifically.

funnily enough im getting 2 new tyres tomorrow for my smax,ive been running accelera tyres on mine(235/45/r18 xl).the last 2 were fitted in feb 2012 but have only managed to do about 5k they are now down to about 2-3mm but have been advised the tracking is out.
so phoned up settyres in brighton and they have quoted me Ã,£195 all in,for the same 2 and tracking so im giving them a go again.
i used to use settyres for my gal and used cheapo tyres on that aswell but did get around 10-12k out of them,dunno if its really worth getting them online and then paying again to have them fitted.or is that price delivered to your local fitter and includes fitting?
everyone will give a differing account on what they have fitted.if your happy with cheapo then go for it.or spend loads and go for the dunlops

Currently on Avon ZZ3's (came with the alloys) but had Kuhmo's last time which were just fine.
