if its not one thing its another just replaced maf new battery full service and still proplems boost pressure 17958 rac say it could be anything but the pipework looks likes it needs replacing apparently its the same as leak off pipe and that should do if it doesnt off it will go as im fed up but it only does it now and again

The rubber tubing does deteriorate with age and could well be the problem, a description of fault 17958 = http://wiki.ross-tech.com/wiki/index.php/17958/P1550/005456

There is also a small section of hose hidden inside the engine ECU which may also need to be replaced.

Also check actuator on turbo is moving freely (full travel without sticking)
