Hi guys,
My gal's door remote opening button stopped working. Even the LED on the remote doesn't work, The close button works normally and the the door lock works also normally.
Any ideas? Low battery? Just a dead button on the remote?

Thanks.

-Jude

Unfortunately the remote can suffer damage from being dropped, getting wet, and just general wear and tear.
I would try a new battery first before looking for replacement.

it could be anything from needing a new battery/s to a dry solder to a broken pcb,

no lol there is a tiny little chip inside it sometimes will rattle if the key is shook, take it apart but don't loose the little black chip,, lol u wont ever start you're car its part of the Immobiliser , normally u can clean any corrosion white stuff on little pcb and the battery can sometimes not be touching the terminal properly so pack it out with some card

Seems it was the dummest  fault... Low battery... Now the range increased from 2 meters to 10 meters!
And both buttons working again  :D
