Ford Galaxy Mk3 - Removal and changing of pollen filter

Replacing the pollen filter is now accessed from inside the cabin passenger footwell.

Disconnect battery.

Remove the two plastic retainers and remove trim cover.

Turn the plastic wingnut (blue arrow) to unlock the fuse box, lower down slightly then lift off the hinged bracket.

At this stage you could unplug the leads from the fuse box to make access easier but I purposely left them connected to see if it could be done without.

Now remove the three filter cover screws and remove cover.

Slide out filter, the filter is quite bendable so if you left the leads connected to the fuse box you will need to bend the filter around the leads to remove
