Trouble with passenger door

 Hi could somebody possibly point me in the right direction .  It is saying the passenger door is not close on dashboard .  It wonââ,¬â,,¢t operate the passenger window or passenger rear window and is leaving the lights on In in the car. And also it wonââ,¬â,,¢t do the central locking To lock the car it clicks the clicks off. It started yesterday had to really slammed the door to turn it off now today . Itââ,¬â,,¢s just showing door is open canââ,¬â,,¢t find the switch thought it might be a button to push in and out. Canââ,¬â,,¢t find one thought it might be stuck.🙈

Sounds like it is part of the latch assembly then and will require new latch.

Had same issue on my old x type jag I ended up removing door card, locating the microswitch and just linking it out.

Found it broken wire between door and body 👍🏼
