I am in need of O/S drivers exterior handle so went on a couple of parts finder sites and the prices ranged from Ã,£27 to Ã,£40 then tried eBay and found a new one with keys for Ã,£19.90 free post but the seller asks what length the pin is as there are 3 different sizes? other than take the passenger handle off to measure it there must be some data somewhere shouldn't there?

Whats wrong with yours? Unless its the lock thats gone then you'll be swapping that over anyway!

the barrel came out on the key and when I took it apart it had disintegrated, Ã,£15 sounds good to me PM me

the saga continues ordered a new lock repair kit (not arrived yet) so we have been locking the car from the passenger side then today my wife tried to unlock it and the key turned but didn't open the door and stuck in the lock an AA bloke freed it up and took it out for me so now have decided to get a remote been quoted Ã,£ 190 HEEEEEEELP any ideas anyone

I'm all sorted now got a lock repair kit and a remote key off a friend that used to have a sharan both free, just got to get the key coded, happy days
