Hi peeps I have a small question to ask can anybody tell me the size spanner I will need to fit the inner rod that attaches to the steering rack side of the rod as my father in law is making me a crows foot type thing to get the inner tie rod off. So any specs would be most helpful.

I presume you mean the flat that allows you to release the tie rod from the steering rack? I'm not sure what size it is unfortunately and being that you have to remove the steering rack gaiter to get to it, if nobody else is able to tell you (assuming you need to replace the tie rod) your safest bet may be to get the replacement part in your hand before doing the job so you can work out the size of the flat.
Always learning..... Often by mistakes!

Sorry I was abit vague on the description many thanks got the part at 3pm today so will find the flat size.
