Thanks Guys

No my regimen doesn't allow alcohol but then I have been teetotal for over 30 years!!. I finally finish my diet on 29th after 7 1/2 months and a total loss of 13 stone! I now have to have one week of "refeeding" and then I can eat normal food again although I am restricted to 1200 claories a day  - but as I have been on only 450 per day it should be a blow out!!.

Well to be honest I feel better about myself but I don't feel well as such as I have no energy at all - but that will change this week as I start a refeeding program from Staurday and that is when I will notice the benefits most. A for clothes I have had to buy some as I lost weight but the best bit is I have been able to nick all of my older son's clobber  so I am not only thinner but nattily dressed in the latest fashions!! ;D ;D
