So we all agree cheap links aint worth the money, you wont get much for a fiver:-) so does anyone have any recommendations without giving fords about  45 quid each
Ive some on ebay by Meyle? supposedly heavy duty etc for about Ã,£33 a pair

Yup deffo avoid the cheap-o one's as you'll be changing them again within a few k miles!

I've not used them personally, but Meyle are supposed to be fine (IIRC they are a German company?). Also Pagid, QH (Quinton Hazell) and Delphi should all be fine. The Delphi one's have been on ebay a little cheaper then that for a while:

I used Delphi droplinks
as shown in ref library photos
prices reasonable
seem to be holding up ok
got them from local factor
(but only done about 15000 this year)
