Is it possible to remove complete drive shaft by disconnecting from gearbox end without having to release ball joints etc?

The O/S one can be removed like that, steering needs to be on full R/H lock.
The N/S you will need to release the ball joint.

With VCDS lite (full version) need a code clearing or want to scan for faults in the north kent area, PM me. All for a pint of Strongbow.

Both sides can be done without disturbing the ball joints but the N/S will only come out one way and finding that angle and position was more work then just separating the joint!
