I've done a fluid too up and pollen filter change, but now all I smell is windscreen wash fluid!
It's not the rear wiper joint that's leaking either, as that's been repaired.
It smells outside slightly, too.

Are there any common leaking places before I tear it apart tomorrow after work?

Nah, like I said, I've already repaired the wiper joint mate.

Check the joints on scuttle trim in case you dislodged one and it's leaking by pollen filter

Just let it evaporate then spray a bit of Febreeze in the car and change your brand of screen wash or water it down a bit

I am happy to help you with all your questions. I am not a qualified mechanic but seem to be better at fixing my car than even the most experienced garages.
