Now you have got it spinning with 12v clear fault codes and double check itââ,¬â,,¢s operation on car it might just work now.
Is yours the early or later type heater? Early type has ECU on the end and glow plug has removable wires. Later type has ECU on the main body and glow plug with wires fixed on.

Its from 2003... D5w Z... Early type...i had changed the glow pug with new some years ago, and it was removable wires.

I'm going to try it... But i thought it was ecu issue...for that false error... Was looking for ecu replacement.

It may not have been a false error but the fan was actually stuck and banging 12v across has freed it up.
The ECU on early type does not usually give problems.
