Just fitted a new aftermarket stereo in my 2004 Ford Galaxy just thinking of trying to fit a multifunctional steering wheel. Is this possible to do and how easy is it to do?

Its overly complicated on the Mk2! You'll need the wheel, replacement skip ring and controller. The controller is difficult to obtain as its quite rare and converts VW to Ford via the Can network.
