door lock and unlock other way round??

Hi hope someone can help me with this problem.

When i unlock my car there is one rear door thats locks and not unlock. When i lock my car that door unlock. So its works the other way round.

Can anyone tell me what the problem is?

First thing to do is Pull the rubber boot back on wiring between car and door and check for damaged wiring,might aswell check all doors while at it as very common failure point on these cars.

as he said,but also check all gators including rear hatch.
