Trouble codes and glow plug flashing

The problem i have now is that the glow plug light is flashing , the code is  the Needle lift sensor 00542 And the car makes weird noises at 2+k rpm and whiteish/blueish smoke comes out

That will be a fault with the injector that has the wire on it or wiring to it.

Could try resistance check of the injector should be 80-120 ohms if outside these parameters will need new injector.
Have a good look at wiring and make sure no damage etc.
Does engine misfire at all?

The sensor affects the timing so would account for the weird noises and smoke you have got.

Yeah,i found the problem already. The wires were broken on the sensor so i repaired them and now theres no fault codes.
