Hi, can anyone tell me how to remove the tailgate card/panel on a mk3 tdci galaxy. Amy help is greatly appreciated.

mostly by force. Grab and pull.  It has little sharp metal grip clips that hold on to key points - you might have to tweak these once you get the door card off to bend the prongs back out.
