S-max titanium - goodies unavailable

My 2008 S-max titanium 2.2 tdci has Bluetooth, satnav, cd slot, cd changer, radio etc. At least it used to.

Now I can not access these goodies - they are greyed out on the instrument display and the buttons don't respond on the central console.

Trip computer settings still work and can be changed. Climate control still works OK.

This happens for days / weeks at a time then suddenly reverts to 100% operation for a few days.

Is it a fuse issue? I don't know what fuse to look at as the guide is not very specific. Or a software glitch? What should I try to fix it?

Any help appreciated.

Thanks - John

i would suspect a software glitch, might be worth doing the on board computer check to see if any faults have been noted, then go from there.
