Fuse 3 keeps blowing

Are there any spots where water would cause a short to continually blow this fuse. ABS light comes on, replaced fuse several times but after a while blows again.

Without checking I would speculate that the wiring in rubber gaitor on RHS of the hatch fails and shorts out as this is a common failing.  As it's triggering the ABS light I would guess the wire to the high level rear brake light is shorting and the system detects it as a fault with the brake light switch.
