Hi, fuel filter and all vacuum hoses are new and just serviced with oil and air. Any ideas??? Just seems to happen before the fuel light is due to come on...

Has this only started happening since changing fuel filter, maybe drawing air in at the plastic valve on top of fuel filter, there are a couple of O rings there did you change them as they are not always supplied with a new filter.

Hmmm been a few months since I did the filter but no I didn't change the O rings actually :/

Anybody know where to buy just new 'O' rings please?? Tried ebay no luck...

You'll probably have to get 'em from a Ford or VW dealer, number 15 on this (Ford) parts diagram, don't take the part number it quotes as gospel but it should be ok for something like that.
