Mk1 1.9tdi 90ps injection pump retarded

Hi again
I have now my cable vcds and checkimg the timming
And checking my timming i found that is retarded is under the yellow line (40)
how y can advance the pump?
In ross site it is a video but is for Alh engine.
I have Ahu engine, and i dont have the 3 screws like alh on the pulley
The pump have obly 1 screw on the side of pump and 2 inside the belt cover.

Hi Ovi

The two nuts behind the pump pulley and one bolt one the pump side and one bolt on the rear support bracket behind oil level dipstick.
Once these are loosened allows the pump to be turned/adjustment of the pump timing.

Before you do this have you checked that the camshaft is aligned correctly when the crankshaft is at TDC

Ok i am back
My pump is fixed buy a professional  garage.
It had been at 50 before and now is in the specification
of 70+-0.2. Mine is 71.
in vag com is showing 50 so I suppose that vag com is a little behind with +-20 .
Have made the hammer mod and fixed at 3mg/str
The plaje in vag is from 3-9 what I understand the bigger number is less consumption but no power.
Also I stop the egr because de was making a noise when you push the acceleration from idle.
if you let me I open another thread for how is working the chip( power box) which you find in internet.

Can you tell me what number do you have for mg/str in your car.
I have now 3.8/mg/str in a hot engine and everything stop. (Light,clima,radio)
What is your number and how the engine sounds?
What is your consumtion in idle? (Mine is 0.39l/h).
