anyone resolved airbag light for drivers airbag mk1 (2009 model Smax).

code Driver Frontal Stage 1 Deployment Control

The airbag warning light is not on all the time, and goes off when you switch off and restart.

They have checked wiring under drivers seat, cleaned connector plugs with contact cleaner and reset. Light still comes back on most journeys.

Anyone had this and fixed it, what to look for? This code is specific to the steering wheel airbag.

Of code is specific to steering wheel bag I donââ,¬â,,¢t see why they would be checking under seat wiring. I would be looking at either the squib or bag itself personally.
