2004 steering rack, easy swap??

My power steering started making a noise yesterday. checked the reservoir and it was low so topped up. Crawled under the car and all the near side wishbone was wet with fluid so I am assuming the rack has lost a seal somewhere. My MOT is up in a month and im assuming  it will be a fail as it is

What sort of job is it to swap the rack out for a new one?
