Why the light bulb is blinking? Any ideas?

Hello,

I worked myself to my car (ford galaxy, 2011, 2.0tdci, engine code: ufwa) and now I have two problems.

The light bulb, which is located under the steering wheel, is blinking a lot. I saw also that the CAN-communication on OBD is not working anymore.
Do you have any ideas where is the problem? Is a circuit problem? Can I found a circuit schema for these two problems?

Thank you!
