diesel got in engine oil. Can it be sensor or Injector?

The dilution is most likely due to the regen process.
What sort of driving/mileage do you do, do you do some decent runs to get everything up to temperature and for regeneration to start and complete?

Incomplete regenerations can cause fuel to enter the oil,I would change oil and filter and give it a good run every couple of weeks and then monitor oil level.
