Hi itââ,¬â,,¢s my first posting in the group I have a ford galaxy 2006 tdci and the engine has gone Iââ,¬â,,¢m replacing it but what I need to know can the engine be lifted out of the top or is the only way out from the bottom removing front sub frame any help would be gratefull thank you

Why not just take it apart into little bits and pull them out of the bonnet that way
I drive a Seat Alhambra 1.9Tdi which has 115bhp and an automatic gearbox.

I am happy to help you with all your questions. I am not a qualified mechanic but seem to be better at fixing my car than even the most experienced garages.

I have lots of friends here and very much enjoy talking with you all. Always remember, a motor car is a serious tool and should be treated with respect. Put your safety first, always.
