Was driving and heard a thump then feels if driver side wheel is rubbing stopped car and checked nothing put when started car engine seemed to rock HELP havnt driven it since and cant get under car as raining cats and dogs here 😄

Sounds like the roll restricter has come adrift to me. open the bonnet and carefully see if you can rock the engine back and forth - If you can then that is the problem. You will need to get it jacked up and take the engine tray off. The roll restricter is bolted to the chassis and the gearbox/engine - it usually means that the bolt has sheared.

not too expensive - around the the Ã,£70 mark for a new restricter plus fitting - You will probably need a new bolt - which may be a dealer part.

ok thanks finally stopped raining  so going to attempt  it  :D

Well bolt has went got new one from dealer couple of pounds so now how do I remove it and where do I jack up car  :)
