Hi all, has anyone come across this? 2.0l 2008 tdci Ghia Galaxy, the doors lock ok but, all unlock except one of the rear passenger doors, you have to unlock it manually by pulling the little lever out, I don't know if it's just sticky, it doesn't feel like it. Can this be a computery type problem? and is there a way to reset the locking system?

Greetings!

Which lever are you referring to that allows you to open the door?
Always learning..... Often by mistakes!

The inside door handle, in the same recess there is a lever that locks/unlocks the door from the inside, there is one on every door

Very similar to this

if you go down the reset method,MAKE sure you have any codes for the radio sat nav etc.
disconnect battery for about 1 hr,this allows any ecus to lose there memory reconnect and see what happens.

if its still the same then i would sit in the car on the side thats misbehaving with your remote and set/unset using the remote and listening carefully to what the door lock is doing/sounding.
my thoughts are that if its locking then its getting the signal, dont know if it has a separate wire for unlocking/locking?
if you think everything is ok then your have to check the wires in the door gaitor for any breakages.

Thanks for the advice guys, I've only had the car for a few weeks so I'm less than familiar with it yet, there is no satnav so not an issue, I have the radio code but, what else can go wrong? I am reluctant to dis the battery right now, I found something on youtube where you can do some ignition key sequence, I'm also reluctant to try this in case everything goes back to factory default or something and the key stops working (or worse), I asked you guys in case you had a definite known fix without any risk. Thanks for your time
