Hi, just got a 2010 2.2 TDCI Zetec with Bluetooth but cannot get my phone connected. When I try I get a pre-recorded message "The telephone list is full, please delete one of the phones from the list.

Tried following the instructions in the Owner's Manual, i.e. press call button, go to menu and scroll through for de-bond option. I only get to the menu but cannot find a de-bond option when I scroll through.

Any help would be appreciated.

you haven't said which radio you have fitted, 6000CD or the Sony.
The menu's are slightly different.

Thanks Chris, have sorted it. I was not aware that you use the up and down arrows on the steering wheel to access the menu. now done.
