hi I have a 2005 galaxy 1.9tdi auto 5 speed 115
just had one of the hoses fitted due to a split mobile mechanic did the job but only put about 500 ml of coolant in I took some water out and put a litre of coolant in on Monday morning the warning light came on but flashing do I just need to put more coolant in or could it be another problem if I do need more coolant how much is needed I used concentrated coolant thanks

The sensor isn't measuring quality or presence of coolant - just total liquid level. IF the level is not between the min and max markings on the bottle (when cold) then top up. If it is, then check the connector to the level sensor (under the filler, behind the battery)
