Can somebody tell me/show me how to replace the spark plugs on my 2003 galaxy V6 Ghia.

I don't have experience of the V6 so it'll need somebody who has but the plugs are underneath 6 individual 'pencil' ignition coils, which go in from the top, not the side of the cylinder head/ rocker cover. If you can't see them to access them with the plastic top engine cover removed then I would say the inlet manifold will have to come off.
Always learning..... Often by mistakes!

easy. pop the cover off the top then each coil needs to come out. that's the difficult bit as they can be tight. don't batter it just rock it slow and steady else you may break it in half and that aint any fun! once they are out then the plugs no different to any other motor. I used to take each coil out every oil change just to keep em free :)
