i have noticed  now its colder the galaxy is a bit flat till it warms up is this normal many thanks

They do tend to be sluggish in colder climates, also important to be using correct grade of oil.

Could be the first signs of a failing MAF - try unplugging it and then going for a short journey. It should be obviously down on power if it was working :)

its fine on power when it has warmed up a little
