Hi to all!
I'm new owner of one 2000 Sharan TDi. I like your site!! Lot of pictures and explanations!
I have problem with my power window on front driver side. But this is not my question for now. My question is: during the reinstalling mechanize of power window I look what I have inside of my front left door. I found this part on my picture so do you know what is it. My car was on mechanist, they paint my door. After that door are hard to close. Did mechanist disable something ad loose this part inside doors?
Part is about 10mm in size and hole is 8mm.

Thanks for your answer!!!

Is it rubber? Looks like some kind of sealing ring but I've not seen one before. Is there a part number on it?
not 1 of the runner wheels off the regulator is it?
hence why your having problems with the window???
It is metal, and there no any number part.
My window go only in one direction, down... I open the door armature as you shown in earlier posts. I change the relay C2001-A303, but it is better but still not good. I think that I didn't done good job with window mechanism.
Gregers can you explain little bit more this:
not 1 of the runner wheels off the regulator is it?
acytom, cant remember if we have a pic on here but just googled 1 for you, look at the little wheels that the cable runs on.
