My Aircon has stopped working, but there is plenty of pressure (not too much) in the system, and the compressor is engaging.

In what way not working? Dead panel, flashing panel, not getting cold?
How have you measured the AC gas quantity/pressure?
Not cold, no flashing LCDs or anything, and panel seems to work fine.
Pressure is just on normal according to Interdynamics pressure gauge thing. Have notice recently that air wasn't being cooled so much.
I did change the pollen filter a couple of weeks back, but that CAN't be it,surely?!!

Very unlikely if you are still getting good air flow?
Is the front radiator fan still working?
I think it's a leak. I have used some EZ Chill and it's started cooling again. Hopefully the leak sealant within this product will cure the leak.

Good luck! Sealant's not ideal to be using as it can block the evaporator however since its in it's in! Most likely to be leaking from just under the cap on the condenser - this is by far the biggest cause of A/C issues on the Galaxy.
The specialists don't like it either as it can block their equipment when drawing off gas.
OP- yes I know this was a few years ago.
So it was a leak then? Im getting exactly the same with mine.
