Title: Parking sensor wiring
Post by: ThomasAppel on May 12, 2013, 10:22:50 AM
I have just purchased a rear parking sensors kit (universal). Can any one tell me what colour wire to connect to and where? I have found out that the reverse lamp left side has colour code green/brown but can I find this wire at the relays box (rear)?

Regards
Thomas

Hi Thomas, the universal kit's normally only have two wires to connect - a supply (from the reverse circuit) and a ground.

Not quite sure what relay box you are referring to? Generally it's easier to just spur (T) off the reverse wire at one of the clusters - since you know the colour at the N/S then that's where I would connect!
