Can anybody help did a VCDS scan on my car found these faults:
Address 09: Cent. Elect. Labels: 7M3-962-258.lbl
Part No: 7M3 962 258 AD
Component: Multifunkt.Einh 0001
Coding: 04113
Shop #: WSC 00020
VCID: 7CA2FCE5DFFB350B937-50AE
2 Faults Found:
00959 - Indicator Lamp for Central Locking; Safe (K133)
29-10 - Short to Ground - Intermittent
00971 - Relay for Heated Windshield; Left (J410)
31-10 - Open or Short to Ground - Intermittent
Chances are the wiring to the rear door (boot lid) it's where these two have a wire and they break, a lot.
So much experience and wisdom here
Indicator Lamp for Central Locking; Safe (K133) likely this is on the drivers door rather than the boot, but as said above the door wiring on these is a likely cause of your issue in any case. Looks like you need to check the boot and drivers door to me.
