Whilst I'm here asking questions, anyone added a heated seat to a Transit? Got a seat in my local breakers that is heated but is it plug n play or will it be a PITA?
The wiring won't be there but the plug it goes too should be. It's only a little loom (less then a meter) so follow it from the switch back to the battery junction box and remove that as well (or take the whole seat mounting frame). It's one of the easier mods as you don't need to code it, just plug in the loom and job done.
sorry matey never saw your reply but it was bang on just unbolted the old seat and plugged in the new one - banging! Happy times in this weather :)
