Good morning, ladies and gentlemen!
How often do you change the battery in your keyfob?
I change mine every 2 years because I like it to have a nice long range.
When it stops working for me.
A most thrifty approach! I like your style! ;D
Mine is still working ok after 9 years.

Not bad, not bad at all. A duracell battery, perhaps?
I find my battery runs out more quickly if I hold down the 'open' button in the summer to open all the windows at once.
Do any of you guys do preventative changes of your main big car battery, for instance changing it every 5 years before the winter season? Or do you just leave it there until one day the car doesn't start?
"If it ain't broke, don't fix it" is the policy I adopt. :) My current Galaxy and previous 3 have all had far too many things that actually DID need fixing. ;D
I've just changed the vehicle battery on a 2012 car, it was the original AGM!
Batteries generally give plenty of warning that they are on the way out so I wouldn't be in a rush to replace them.
Thank you very much. I have a nice big Yuasa battery (110Ah I think) and it seems nice and powerful so I think I can hopefully get a few more years out of it yet! It is just approaching 5 years.
